Surestay Hotel By Best Western Buena Park Anaheim, Buena Park

This hotel was a mixed bag. The location was convenient for our plans in Buena Park, but the room we checked into was disappointing with a dirty bathroom that smelled like mold. The service received a lower rating due to staff distractions, even though some were exceptionally helpful. The dining options were subpar, offering little more than bread and basic items. However, the proximity to various attractions and the opportunity to walk to shops and restaurants were definite highlights.

My stay at the hotel was a complete disaster. The rooms were old, dirty, and musty, and construction noise starting as early as 7:30 am left everyone sleep-deprived and frustrated. The location was far from the attractions, and the dining experience was extremely disappointing with minimal food options.

While the location provided easy access to the freeway and nearby attractions, there were some issues with insects and unwanted interactions. The service was exceptional despite a minor hiccup with mistaken check-out dates. The dining experience had its moments but seemed inconsistent. Overall, the value for money was decent with some room for improvement.
